Concourse
Description: The glass-fronted concourse can either be hired with another hall or room or as a room in its own right.
Capacity: Seated at tables 70; Seated in rows 100.
Hire Charges:
Weekdays
| Morning (08:00 - 12:30) or Afternoon (13:00 - 17:00) | £53 |
| Evening (17:30 - 22:30) | £66 |
Weekends
| Morning (08:00 - 12:30) or Afternoon (13:00 - 17:00) | £58 |
| Evening (17:30 - 22:30) | £73 |
Concessions: A reduction of 20% is available for charity and local community group events with no entrance charge. Regular users who hire the facilities at least once per calendar month should contact the Hall Lettings Manager Answerphone: 023 8039 9177 e-mail: lettings@asaurc.org.uk.
Payment: The hire charge is payable four weeks before the date of use.
Deposit: A deposit equal to the hire charge is payable at the time of booking. The deposit is returned after the facilities have been used as long as there is no damage and no additional cleaning is required.
